Policies

ORDERING

 

We are wholesale only.  Please email all order requests to erica@easttexassmilax.com or fill out the order request form on our website.​  Include your name, business name, billing address, shipping address, resale certificate and best contact phone number.  We will also need the desired quantity and delivery date.  It is helpful to know your event/install date, as well.  If you DO NOT receive a confirmation email from us, we do not have your order.

 

​When we enter your order, we will email a confirm.  PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER CONFIRM FOR ACCURATE SHIPPING DATE, SHIPPING METHOD, ADDRESS AND QUANTITY!!! 

 

PAYMENT

 

​When your order ships, we will email an invoice with the tracking and a link to pay online.  Payment is due on receipt of the invoice.  We accept credit cards with a 3% fee or you may pay via E-check to avoid fees.

 

 REFUNDS/CREDITS 

 

Please open and inspect your smilax upon arrival. 

 

UPS/Fedex/SWA will have weather delays, mechanical delays and bags overheated/frozen from time to time. Brown dropped foliage, yellowing and odor are signs of heat/freeze damage. 

 

Please send photos by email (erica@easttexassmilax.com) or text (214-263-3188) ASAP, so a credit may be issued.
